As both a mother and an attorney I focus my practice on helping parents protect their families from taxes, incapacity, probate and uncertainty. Through this focus, I’ve developed uniquely effective planning techniques; that ensure that if my clients cannot care for their loved ones, the people they have chosen to protect them have the information and the resources they need.
I believe this blog to be another one of those techniques. I hope to connect on a more personal level with my clients, colleagues and other attorneys. And, in the process, communicate knowledge and show readers a side of attorneys they seldom get to see.
